Our Story

Rogues Rehab wasn't built in a classroom. It started with my own body.

Freddy Suarez, founder of Rogues Rehab

Back in 2015, I was seeing a therapist named Daniel for my own injuries. Watching him work, I got curious — not just about feeling better, but about why it worked. That curiosity turned into research, then books, then practicing on myself between sessions.

Eventually I started working on family members. For years, this was self-taught — driven by genuine curiosity, not a career plan.

Everything changed when my wife went through a long health struggle that traditional medicine couldn't resolve. Watching her go through that shifted how I thought about the body completely. I leaned fully into holistic approaches — and I never looked back.

In 2019, I turned that years-long self-education into a real career and pursued massage therapy formally, later earning my CAMTC certification (#102858).

That whole-body, root-cause approach is still how I train myself today — bodybuilding, calisthenics, jiu-jitsu — and it's exactly how I treat every client. Not chasing symptoms. Finding what's actually going on, and fixing it.

Today, that philosophy is the Rogue Method™: Structural Scan™ → Restore → Capacity Layering™. Every session is one-on-one, focused time — no juggling multiple clients, no rushed treatment.

We're cash-pay and out-of-network on purpose. No insurance company deciding how long your care lasts. Just the work it actually takes to get you back to training pain-free — for good.

Meet Justin

Justin, lead therapist at Rogues Rehab

Justin's path into this work started the same way mine did — through his own body breaking down.

A serious spine and back injury left him unable to walk for months. Alongside his wife, he threw himself into learning everything he could about massage, exercise, and stretch therapy — not for a career at first, but to heal himself and walk again.

That injury forced him to step away from professional Muay Thai fighting and sparring for good. But what he built out of that setback became his life's work — he turned years of self-taught rehabilitation into real, certified expertise.

Justin is a Certified Massage Therapist through CAMTC (#96685), trained through the National Holistic Institute's 800-hour program, and holds advanced certification in cupping and IASTM therapy. He's worked pre- and post-fight massage for events with the International Kickboxing Federation and Spar Star Promotions, and spent years training directly with fighters at gyms like Peerless Jiu Jitsu and X-Fit Combat Sports.

He instructs Muay Thai to this day — so whether he's working on an athlete or teaching one, he understands the demands on the body from every angle: as a former fighter, as someone who rebuilt his own body from the ground up, and as a specialist who now does the same for his clients.

Justin specializes in deep tissue, myofascial therapy, mobility and trigger point work, and dynamic stretching — built to get you back to training, not just feeling better for a day.
